TitleBoards of trustees and school principals : a flawed policy-management relationship
AuthorClark, John Andrew
SubjectSchool management and organization|Decision making
AbstractThe success of any educational institution is dependent to some extent on how the policymanagement relationship is dealt with. Clark argues that decision-making should be a collaborative process; there must be a sharing of ideas and complete confidence in the integrity of the people concerned. Equally, accountability is shared.
