AbstractThis article amplifies and builds on Bhindi’s theme, by similarly endorsing the appropriateness of the Learning Organisation concept, saying that schools individually can be agents of major and beneficial reforms and changes. He highlights the potential benefit of all members of the school team perceiving themselves as learners and leaders, working also in closer partnership with the communities they serve.
